From Reluctance to Passion – My Journey with Writing

Sometimes, what you despise can change you for the better if you actually try it. I don’t know why, but I used to hate writing. It just wasn’t my cup of tea. I was always a practical kid, surrounded by close-minded people, so I never really got a chance to explore what writing was. Despite being a hardcore introvert (and I still am), I never enjoyed writing. When I picked up a pencil, it was only to solve mathematical equations, not to create strings of words that made sense only to a select few.

He’s Got a “DAD” Attitude!

My mom says I inherited… What’s the word?… Yes! It’s the Exaggeration from my dad, twisting up truths into white lies, is it?

Hmm, seems to be true! What is so fun in saying that I broke the cup? I could just say that the cat did it!

Is peace hard to find?

It was quite amusing to  see people so wrapped up in their problems, that not even a paradise for a solution would dare distract them. “Mortals,” I said, shaking my head in disappointment.

5 tips to get ideas for writing good stories

What is a story? A story is a narrative form of ideas, fantasy or just imagination from different corners on a paper. Imagine a story being like “A character going to the market, purchasing some groceries and coming back home”. Will this plot turn out into a good story without any twist, conflict or an interesting element in it? Not really.

Your daily newspaper is written, books are written, your favourite songs have lyrics which are written, laws and rules are written. It is perhaps an art which governs the whole world.
