She walks in and says “Good Morning”

And flashes her charming smile without a warning

Her gorgeous eyes stare with a charismatic glow 

As she says “Darling, won’t you say hello?”

She looks at my dad as if he’s a famous start

And, with that love, they will go far

Beautiful songs she hums and sings

Looking like an angel with a halo and wings

Her exhausting work and I, take up all her time

If only I could give her any single dime

For all the effort she puts in without a frown,

She deserves to be given a jewelled golden crown

As I look at her everyday, so much love I feel 

If only raising children was an easier deal

She looks at the world, as if she’s in love

She looks like a beautiful mother dove

And I swear, she deserves the world 

And nothing less
